The Cyclic Element in Relationships

What I've noticed with the IFS work is it's very cyclical in the way that I see it where it's like trigger happens. Protector comes out, exile comes out. Say it's binge eating. It's like, okay, the exile is expressed. The exile wants comfort. Then the protector comes out, which means we need to restrict bubble. So yeah, that's a common way to identify parts is just to find conflicts in your life and always two parts going out.
