A well-working epidural is useful we need to be ready for an emergency section at any point during delivery and we often we always deliver these patients in the operating room. There's always a risk of you're an at-knee because the uterus is greatly distended because of two fetuses it may have trouble contracting back down so getting having a plan for that can be helpful. I think adequate communication with our obstetric providers really provides a lot of insight into what we can do to help mitigate disasters instead of add to them.
