The Benefits of Exercise in a Group Setting

Did you find anything on whether exercise was done individually or in groups? Was that something that came up at all? We didn't sort of focus too much on it, but we found the studies that involved women with breast cancer who were experiencing symptoms of depression. A lot of those studies used resistance training in group-based settings and they were shown to be extremely effective.
