The Importance of Tools on a Job

When you're a rod buster, you carry your tools. You just get so used to carrying around an extra 35 or 40 pounds all the time. And I do believe that's one of our problems in our industry. Everybody wants to be a supervisor. What you're saying is congratulations, you're a foreman. Put your tools on. Congratulations,. you're a supervisor. PutYour tools on. You run the business. Yeah. That guy. He doesn't do that anymore. They're super-attendant of the foreman. They don't put their tools on. So as soon as they drive away, everybody at that crew says, look at that fat ass.
