The Iraq war was won by JSOC. The anti-ISIS war from 2015-2018 was entirely prosecuted by JSOC and everything about it was kept secret. That model works pretty well. It's like information is like a spigot that can turn on and off using some of their go betweens, like in the OSINT world or so on. They seem to have it down pretty well. Yes.
