Anxiety compounds, or how it's social, right? How one's anxiety builds on another. When we were stopping the car and we couldn't find a place to stop, milly felt like she had to throw up. And that was real, like a real physiological response. So i think part of what calmed her down when her stomach was like that is like, she grabbed on to my arm. We touched each other and we said, we're here for each other now even though both us feel terrible.
