People get so wrapped up in the email world that they just continue to send emails about these things when they should not do that. Get in person and you eliminate some record on some of this stuff too. I would argue you probably shouldn't be having that conversation at all in most cases. This is not a hard and fast rule, obviously. It's usually a lot better conversation too. You can hash things out.
