Burn Out Recovery

Burn out recovery is much like addiction recovery. You have to pay attention, because there are some from birth things that ocarry with you, that are your natural tendencies. So yet, where is it now? Good question. I don't know what fully recovered feels like. Am the i feel like i'm, i'm doing much better. It took me two full years tore and i'm not afraid of burnout. Any more. But that doesn't mean i don't have have to paying attention to it. And there's always thing to practise, isn't there? There's always something to practise.
