Building a Culture That's Fun
I can't imagine it being an easy transition to say, look, the past number of years we're doing this, we have to change what we're trying to achieve. But that's sort of like the price that you're paying for being the founder is like, you want to make the company successful. And sometimes that means doing something drastic. Every time you make a large exchange, then people will, some people will just not naturally disagree and kind of leave. Right. So yeah, now what we're left with is fantastic. Now we have like really core group of people that are going for it, which is awesome. On top of that, I'm happy that we're here
