How to Get a Job and PM at a Hardware Company

I've only interviewed people with at least two to three years of experience and the people who have no experience are usually just like fresh grads. Product school is great but I don't think it's enough you're gonna have to help yourself transition into a product role within your own company even at the hardware. Once you are in that product management role at a hardware company work on side projects because those are free. You can start building a product and then launching it build a couple products maybe you'll get some tractionMaybe you won't but you just put those in your resume putting them at as high as possible.
