Ah, youknow, leaving, not making youno kind of basic repare,. fixing leagues, fixing runny toilets, because all o them contributes to a direct cost to the tenant. And if they knew this, they would ago and run and tell everyone. You can repeat anri and it's repeatable. You can have a great career doing that stuff.
