The Boltzmann-Brain paradox in the simulation argument seemed to me to have a similar structure. Under some reasonable assumptions, most observers with our experiences are ontologically abnormal. There's definitely a similarity there. It depends on whether you're asking about the whole wave function of the universe or just a single branch thereof.
