When it comes to multi-family or any type of residential real estate, the classes are defined by the quality. I don't really think that people will care if the gate or the door is a little bit nicer or shinier too much in an industrial property. That's the tenant, which is still the early games. But when you look inside a lot of these facilities, if you've seen the latest Tesla manufacturing facility, a lot of what's that whole car is made mostly by robots.
