i would never bring a level formality into there, because i would it would make me feel uncomfortable. I think that sometimes when you're overly formal, you don't build the relationship that's going to last long term. Having a basic report and likeability with a prospect almost seems like a lost to art. But i'd love to get your perspective on how do you guys think about likeability and your sales or recruiting process?
