The sooner you can get moving, the better, honestly. I'll just go and mertly walk right after the meal, because i'm with other people, and it just is easier. If you wait and you spend another 30 minutes just sitting around and kind of doing something else, your end up, you're not going to end up walking. The study that came out of duke university is a perfect example out of this. It's like such a fun experience. So i'm not worried about the ideal time or when to do it.
