There's a difference between getting not enough sleep and then also taking care of the sleep you are getting. Get outside in the morning, like sometime before 10 a.m., right? If we just get outside, have your coffee on the deck, walk around the yard with the dog,. Go out with your kids, like walk your kids to the bus stop. These are all strategies my clients have used to get that little bit more sleep.
