Donald Trump's Special Master Motion

CNN's John Berman says Donald trump and his lawyers are just walking through a field looking for rakes to step on. This entire special master thing is stupid and fick, but ultimately it has nothing to do with the underlying charge that he took classified documents and hid them from the government. The former president's counsil expliitly prohibited government personnel from opening or looking inside any of the boxes that remained in the storage room,. giving no opportunity for the government to confirm that no documents with classification markings remained.
