The Importance of Having Someone Who Knows You Well

It can be important to have somebody who knows you well enough to know that they can say, actually, you need to certainly calm down a bit. Most founders, most CEOs don't have anybody. There's nobody. And the worst trap I've found is CEOs often look at their employees and think, I can't show weakness.
