The Role of the Germans in Chinese History
The way that people think is going to come out of those physical realities that premise their survival, right? Whether you survive or not is going to depend on different things depending on what the conditions that you live in. And because our thought actually follows from these moral valuations, it's going to lead to different modes of thought. So then here, when Nietzsche's talking about Germans actually thinking at a different tempo and sourcing that to their language, that's because he thinks that as a people, they possess these different qualities that have been created by them.
