I think I also look for just like frequency, if you're scouting someone external. At what frequency are they putting stuff out there? Like, that tells you a lot about kind of their work ethic and excitement around what they're doing. You can tell when people just like what they're Doing in, it comes through in like the color of their work. And so I think that's important as well.
