At about five o'clock I would lay down on my bed purely for about 15 minutes. And I listen to music on like good set of earphones with sound blocking like Ludovico Analdi. When I wake up or not when I'm done with that, it almost feels like I'm I'm a new human again and it feels like a 2.0 version as if it's like a second morning routine all over. It is fascinating you've expanded your mind and you are a new human literally.
