How to Deal With Lorringo Spasm
The most effective mechanisms for dealing with Lorringo spasm are peep and a little bit of a jaw thrust. I usually use a combination of peep and that pressure there at the, at the Ramis and the mandible. And so I don't know if there's really a neurologic pathway there. But it does seem to work. Most of the time. Every now and then you have somebody who has rock hard luringus spasm and it's just not going to break,. They desaturate quickly, they get bradycardic...
