Ukraine's Counter-Offensive Is a Gamble

The US hasn't faced something like this since World War II. The expectations on Ukraine are really high. And I think those expectations have always been a factor in decisions by the Ukrainian military. You could tell before their offensive torture queue that there was pressure on them to do something. But if it goes badly, if they suddenly start having, you know, lots of cargo 200 dead in the field coming back, then because there's an unspoken policy here. That has to include freezing the fight. A Crimea, they're not going to get. Russians will never give that up anyway.
