"I'm a country boy, I try and know everyone around me just for one fucking security," he says. "The polite thing is to respect people's privacy and not go and intrude" He was on a first name basis with some neighbors in his townhouse but they didn't want to talk to the cop neighbor who wore a Halloween costume. But if he'd knocked on the door of someone else's house, it might have helped him find out more about them.
