Are People Still Living in Fear of Boko Haram Within the State Capital?
People have lived with this problem for over a decade now, so they have learned to start picking up the pieces and move on with their lives. Most the big idep camps within the state capital have been closed down. But outside the state capital, that is where the problem is. Can the ideology of boko haran ever be defeated in that part of the world? It will be difficult. For as long as they are people up in arms a wagin war against the government, it will be difficult to completely wipe out this ideology.
