I would say cut dinner Push lunch a little later and cut dinner because I think that has that other interesting benefit of a better sleep 100% The evidence is clear the evidence is clear studies that have controlled in humans and said okay you fast through breakfast You fast through dinner. It's can it's multiple studies now the people who fast through dinner have consistently better metabolic outcomes But again, it's just socially awkward but if you can't do that like you and I were family people Um, my advice is fast through breakfast have a big filling lunch And then a more modest dinner.
