Podcasting Podcasts - I Love Your Show

When it comes time to freshen up the show or discuss new topics what does that process look like for you? I think about basically two things one does it add value to the listeners are they going to enjoy it and then two does it help it be more sustainable so that I can have more money to invest back into the podcast. So originally my extra interview segment was years ago at this point from being jealous of other people who could have their guests share on social media to their audience about the show. It's just a bunch of dads changing poopy diapers in the parking lot that is awesome on Mother's Day but no I really love that ad read.
