I think sometimes people attribute then their self-worth to their emotions. How can they begin to separate? Like if I'm in a sad mood for the day, I might feel sad about myself,. My worthiness might feel low, but that doesn't necessarily need to be the case. So it's kind of like we have a good post on it, but like your emotions fluctuate with the highs and lows, but your sense of self-worth can remain steady. And this is kind of similar. It connects, but I want to be really cautious about the wording for the same reasons that we discuss deservingness.
