Motivation and Ability - The Tiny Habits Method Is Based On

The tiny habits method is based on how motivation interacts with ability. It's a compensatory relationship, so they can compensate for each other. If motivation is low and it's hard, you don't do it. But if you can take that other team mate, ability and make it really strong, make it really easy to do, then you do it reliably. So there is this relationship where they work sort of hand in hand.
