The Importance of Historical Method in History

Derek Mason: This time we look at the second generation of Christians. He says he's not trying to convince anybody of anything here, just historical method. The principles that come into play there are principle of economy, use the simplest explanation and analogy with everyday life. So it's possible that extraterrestrials came down in the first century and wrote the New Testament; I wouldn't exclude it.
