When Should We Suggestion Someone to Stop Running?
There are a lot of runners out there that are actually told to stop running. I've seen examples of various different injuries, some halic's rigidus and great toe pain arthritis in the knee. Even after things like ACL surgery, which usually is a use to help people get back into sport. So when is it appropriate to suggest that to someone and when is it not? What might we be able to do instead? And we've also got an example just yesterday on social media. They've literally just been told that they need to stop and I'm going to talk through how we would assess and manage that example.
