The Reality of Black and Hispanic Crime

The reason we put this law into place, which is now being rolled back, that were deemed inherently racist. How so? They deemed that it was disproportionately black and brown people who are wearing house right. If you find me a year where 92% or greater is not black or Hispanic in terms of the shooting suspects, then I would be shocked because I've looked at it for the past 20 years.
