Are We All Ineligible for Workers?
In the nineteenth century elits argued against enfranchising white male workers. They said they were incapable of sort of a rational will formation. So what they argue instead is, no, make us all independent. Ah, ah, that's why we need workers. That's why you need a producer's co operative. You need t abolish these employers, because they're the real threat. And so i think there's still strong continuity in this particular problem with the nineteenth century. The power of bosses, has been much more naturalized in the present. It's interesting to see people rebelling against the idea that the boss just has some kind of right to control them and rule over them
