The Classic Bubble Pattern
When you look at a company like Nividia that is up 200% and it's trading at 40 times revenue, how fast would you sell it if somebody offered you that price for it? Anytime. And when the correction comes in something like that, just this is just general market dynamics. It ain't going to correct 5% or 10%. It's going to contract 40 or 50 or 60. But frequently if the liquidity dynamics have changed, we can never go back to those previous highs. The dot com bubble ultimately that parabolic up move was fueled by the Y2K money. Unlike the dot com bubble, the money just hasn't fully been paid back.
