Upwork is a platform that allows people to hire free lancers on up work. The site gives users the chance to see how many hours they've worked and what jobs they've had. It can also give them an idea of their market value, which could be helpful if you're thinking about participating in this service. But it's not all about price per hour - i'm looking for someone who shows up,. does the work,  and easy to communicate with. And as a free lancer myself, i have kind of a unique perspective on this.
