So, taking a resistance band or a judo belt or ring, gymnastic rings with a strap, and then just either with a partner or on your own,. Then just starting to explore, having few limitations like feet grounded, or maybe you're going to be on the floor, three points of contact. And there's so many possibilities and so many also potential, I'm not going to say dangerous, but possibilities for injury if you aren't prepared.
