How to Avoid Double Standards in Business Negotiations

There are so many examples hereand many of them are so obvious i won't even mention them. Racism itself is basically double standard incarnate. Every culture thinks it's the best. Russians think their culture is the best and japanese think theirs is the best. And em there is no such thing as the best culture. I mean, ridiculous double standards like this.
