I think that there were certainly a change if we focus premax in burgundy obviously I think there was a lot of argument to say that the winemaking in burgundy has drastically changed. The research that has been conducted by a lot of like amazing scientific people in Europe basically dictated a bit, he says. He thinks those wines that have this characteristic of reduction when we open them are some of the best wine in the world and hard to find age for a long time.
