It's a very narrow target to hit if you're trying to say and look I don't know Warren Black but I know that Beck is happily married with a couple of kids. Yeah, so we don't want to get into the career. We'd have to wait till they got to an age where they could enter the workforce and contribute. So let's just say that's out of the question. If we can't get a single person with all of that kind of breadth and knowledge of skill plus all the EQ and the ability to influence then it will blow up in your face. You need shared sense-making across from as many stakeholders as possible really to be able to navigate that space
