Sally Kohn: I'm not exactly sure where to start because I have, you know, notes on notes just from that, those couple of minutes. There is so much good in what you just said that we need ton back. And it comes across very clearly that you have like developed or you have this skill to be able to listen to and be in tune with your mind and body. Is that something that's just part of you or something that has developed and honed over time?Kohn: I think it's a little bit of both. But then as you become an adult and sort of study it more and you have more awareness, then you can cultivate it deliberately.
