Putin's Red Button in the Kremlin in the Balkans

I don't think we should expect Russian bombers flying over Bosnia or that they're going to be air dropping what few tanks they have left into Bosnia and the situation of a secession crisis. I can't actually imagine a scenario where we see a kind of real regime collapse in Russia, but then we would also almost certainly see the fragmentation of the Russian security services. So it's certainly a situation that warrants significantly more attention than has been given to it in the political West and above all in the United States.
