The Power of Fear

When we are controlled by fear, if you were afraid of so many things, you wouldn't be consistent for five years every week on your podcast. You're crippled by self-doubt and that is the killer of all dreams. For 25 years, no one knew that I was sexually abused when I was a kid by a man that I didn't know. And anytime you are unable to speak about something to someone you care about, because you're so afraid of past pain, it just holds you back.
