Are You Burnt Out?

20 20 seems to be the really bad year for many leaders. For a lot of team members it's, for whatever reason, worse. They'ree burning out and struggling. I always loved it and always had passion for it. And i'm o also 24 years old, and i guess i want to do this when i'm 50. So i didn't want to admit like i'm burnt out here. But, i mean, i ran myself to that point. Within what i'm leading, i was leading in ways i shouldn't have been leading. Said, that is not what i love do. Kind of stuffed into that sone.
