Regulation of Non-Financial NFTs
The UK government is currently consulting on regulation of crypto assets generally including NFTs. So commercial activity around the NFT market is likely to be regulated, you'll probably have to be a regulated entity to participate. There's a pretty febrile NFT market at the moment and there's plenty of scope for abuse of the market. But really watch this space in the coming years.
