Do You Know How to Burn Carbohydrate Healthily?
Humans do have a genetic adaptation that we can track to a high carbohydrate diet. This is the enzyme that we use to break down starch into glucose, right? And this is something that we actually have in common with dogs who, you know, feed on people food and they have the same amylase adaptation. So it's an adaptation to a high starch diet. But there are underlying metabolic changes that I think could be kicked off by eating seed oils which make your body fat more unsaturated.
