How Do You Set Yourself Up for Success?
i kando have this yoga routine and the hop plunge, and then right next to it is the coal plunge. And of course, i do breath work often in the hot plunge as well. Sometimes i'll have the zen out there during that thos breath. I learned still point breathing like almost 25 years ago, and it was just absolutely amazing and life changing for me. O, so i combine super slow training with blood flow restriction. Oh, my husband has this thing that he wears. An i'll usually do that three times. Then after i'm done with that, oftentimes i'm in a good state to sit down. Ndd, meditate.
