How to Love Yourself

I have been in church my whole life, and i have not been taught on how to love me. How do i begin the journey of loving who god made me to be? How do i fall in love with the process verses shaming myself for who i've been? And i cauld never engage in celebratory moments or my milestones, because always eclipsed by what i haven't done. That's not something lhat's cultural. Thats something that is biblical. No wonder jealousy is so prominent in our hearts yaw.
