i'm generally a fan of intermitent fasting, but i think one or the other is that people that intend on creating this fasting or this feeding window for themselves, and then don't find it to be sustainable. So not every day looks the same. You don't meed, interme fast to lose wait, you know, justhe same way they alt ned to be ona kete gan gy to lose. Its ther days i wake up and i'm hungry at nine a m. And i eat at nine am because i know i'm hungry, like, i know it's true hunger. I know my body. I know what i need.
