Are You Able to Inspire People?
If the identity that client has for themselves is not the identity they need to have, it's very difficult for them to accomplish things. So when you work with clients, how do you identify if the identity may be the hurdle and how do you get them to move past them? That's a great point. It sort of reminds me of Carol Dweck's work on growth versus fixed mindset. We like to show them possibilities and encourage them to build in their own mechanism to look for the possibilities.
