CNN's John Sutter was on assignment for Al Jazeera in Cairo, Egypt. He says he witnessed a massacre of people protesting against the country's government. A woman who had lost her husband told him to put his arm around her and comfort her. "I am not a touchy feely person," Sutter recalls thinking at the time.
